It’s almost 2025, so it’s time to think about your goals and resolutions. Is this the year you focus on your fitness and health? If so, here are the top game-changing fitness finds from Amazon that you need to jumpstart the year 2025 on the right foot!
Please know that I ordered every single one of these products in 2024 so I stand by these recommendations! I will never recommend something that I didn’t personally use or love, promise.
Sweat-Proof Headphones
I used to always wear airpods for working out but I would get SO annoyed because they would often fall out of my ears mid-workout. Plus, at one point they stopped working completely, which I’m pretty sure was from sweat.
A few months ago I finally caved and purchased these powerbeat headphones, and not to be dramatic, but they seriously changed my life! They never fall out of my ears and they are completely sweat-proof. I cannot recommend these enough, especially if you’re a runner or do a lot of high-intensity workouts. If these are a little too pricey for you, I’ve also tried this similar version which works fine, they just aren’t quite as sturdy or as comfortable.

Pros: Over-the-ear fit prevents them from falling out, even while running or jumping, sweat-proof, comfortable to wear for long workouts.
Cons: Pricey.
High-Waisted Workout Shorts
I wear these shorts for literally everything – running, lifting weights, chasing my kids around, etc. They are SO COMFY and the high-waisted band is just the right amount of tight to hold everything in but not be suffocating. No matter what kind of exercise you do, or if you’re just looking for comfy athletic shorts to wear for everyday life, these are it.
No products found.
Pros: Comfy high-waisted band, comes in tons of colors, flattering, zipper pocket big enough to fit most phones.
Cons: May not be as high-waisted or too short for taller women, thinner material than other higher-end brands.
High-Quality Running Shoes
If you’re a runner, you MUST invest in high-quality shoes. Everyone is going to have their own personal preference, but I stand by Brooks for running. Specifically, I love the Brooks Launch line. They’re comfortable, come in lots of cute color combos, and they hold up for a long time so they’re definitely worth the investment. I linked the newest version below, but this older version is also great and a little bit cheaper right now.

Pros: Comfortable, holds up even after lots of miles, well-cushioned, supportive, lots of color options.
Cons: May not be the best option for people with wide feet.
Cozy Warm-Up/Cool-Down Pullover
I was on the hunt for a comfy quarter-zip that I could throw on for my commute to and from the gym and this one checks all the boxes. Warm (but not too warm), the perfect length, and comes in tons of fun colors. And the best part – it’s a fraction of the cost of big-name stores like Lululemon!
No products found.
Pros: Versatile, fun color options, provides warmth for winter but still light enough to wear all year, great price.
Cons: May be too cropped for taller people, fleece underlayer sheds a small amount (but it gets better after multiple washes!).
Long-Sleeve Workout Top
I love this long-sleeve crop top for pilates class, but you could definitely also wear it for lifting weights, yoga, or even running. I’m usually a tank top gal, but I like to switch it up and wear these during winter workouts, even when I’m inside, just to feel a little more warm and cozy.

Pros: Lots of color options, quick-dry material, very stretchy material.
Cons: May be too cropped for taller women.
Grip Socks (for Pilates or Barre Classes)
If you do any kind of pilates or barre classes, you need these grip socks! They are so cute and comfy. They have ankle-cut versions too for you millennials that haven’t made the switch to crew socks just yet. But as a millennial myself, I do have to say, I’m kind of digging the crew sock look. Just don’t ask me to get rid of my side part, okay?!

Pros: Lots of colors, mid-calf length keeps your legs warm when wearing cropped leggings, soft/comfortable.
Cons: Honestly, none, unless you just really don’t like the look of crew socks.
Long-Line Sports Bra
I am obsessed with these long-line sports bras! They’re long enough that you can just wear them as a top with high-waisted leggings or you can wear them under another workout top as a bra. They’re available in a ton of colors and at a super nice price point. They also go on sale pretty often, so keep an eye out!

Pros: Adjustable straps, just enough (but not too much) compression, lots of colors to choose from.
Cons: Straps are fairly thin, so it may not be ideal for women who need extra support.
